About Us

Resident Focused.
Partnership Driven.

Novo LTC Solutions is a technology-driven, compliance-focused platform designed to empower skilled nursing facilities to capture Medicare Part B reimbursement they are already eligible to collect, without adding operational burden or inventory risk.

Mission

Put Medicare Part B revenue back in the hands of the facilities where care is actually delivered.

Approach

Technology-driven. Compliance-first. Fully managed. Your team focuses on care, not billing complexity.

Model

Asset-light management services. Zero inventory risk. Revenue that scales linearly with your facility census.

Vision

The indispensable operating partner for skilled nursing facilities nationwide, across supplies, services, and analytics.

Mission & vision

The intersection of technology, compliance, and care.

Novo LTC Solutions operates at the intersection of healthcare technology, clinical operations, and regulatory compliance. Our singular focus: unlocking the substantial Medicare Part B reimbursement that SNFs are eligible to collect but have historically ceded to third-party suppliers.

The platform transforms how facilities manage, track, and bill for medical products and services used in the care of their residents. The platform converts a cost avoidance relationship with outside suppliers into a direct revenue participation model that puts reimbursement back in the hands of the facility.

For facilities

A new revenue stream from supplies your residents already receive, without adding staff, inventory, or billing complexity.

For residents

Consistent, clinician-validated supply selection aligned to wound type and clinical need — every order, every time.

For the industry

A compliant, technology-driven model that demonstrates what SNF Part B billing looks like when it is done right.

Why facilities choose Novo

Questions we hear from every administrator.

We know what it takes to earn a facility's trust. Here are the questions we hear most often — and the straightforward answers.

QHow do I know the FMV agreement protects my facility?

AThe Fair Market Value Management Agreement is the contractual foundation of the Novo model and is structured to satisfy both the Anti-Kickback Statute safe harbor requirements and Stark Law considerations. The fee is compensation for documented management services: compliance infrastructure, documentation assembly, fulfillment coordination, and billing support. Not a payment tied to referrals or volume. We strongly recommend your legal counsel review the agreement before signing, and we welcome that review.

QWho is liable if a claim is denied or recouped?

AYour facility submits the claim and receives the reimbursement, which means your facility bears ultimate billing responsibility — as it does today. Novo's role is to reduce that exposure by validating every order before submission and assembling a complete documentation package. The agreement specifies each party's responsibilities clearly. Indemnification terms are addressed in the agreement and we encourage your counsel to review them directly.

QWhich LCD does your compliance engine validate against?

ANovo's compliance engine is configured to the applicable Surgical Dressings Local Coverage Determination for your facility's A/B MAC jurisdiction, as well as the associated Policy Article. As MACs issue revisions, the engine is updated accordingly. During onboarding we confirm your MAC jurisdiction and validate the engine configuration for your specific coverage geography.

QIs your PointClickCare integration certified?

ANovo LTC's PointClickCare integration operates through PCC's standard API and data exchange framework. During onboarding, Novo's technical team manages the full interface configuration, including data mapping, charge code setup, and clearinghouse connectivity, so your IT team carries no implementation burden. We can walk through the technical architecture in detail during a platform demo.

QWhat happens if we want to exit the program?

AExit terms, record retention obligations, and transition procedures are all addressed in the management agreement. We are transparent about these terms from the first conversation. No facility should enter this program without understanding the off-ramp. We proactively walk through it during the agreement review.

QCan you provide references from other facilities?

AYes. We provide references from participating facilities as part of the due diligence process. Contact us directly and we will connect you with facility administrators who can speak to their experience with the program, the onboarding process, and the compliance infrastructure firsthand.

Why Novo LTC

Compounding competitive advantages.

The Novo LTC model is built on a set of structural advantages that are difficult to replicate. They compound as the platform scales.

Vertically integrated ecosystem

Unlike standalone DME suppliers or billing services, Novo LTC operates within a full-spectrum healthcare services portfolio. This provides built-in clinical expertise, shared compliance infrastructure, centralized billing and software capabilities, and GPO distribution relationships that no single-point competitor can match.

Compliance-first architecture

The platform was designed around CMS regulatory requirements from inception. Every workflow, document template, and billing rule is built to withstand audit scrutiny. Compliance is built in, not bolted on.

Technology-driven scalability

Bi-directional EHR integration, automated compliance checks, and a proprietary order management portal enable Novo LTC to onboard facilities rapidly and manage high-volume operations without proportional headcount increases.

Proven operating playbook

The leadership team has built and managed national clinical and fulfillment platforms supporting thousands of patients weekly. This experience in scaling high-volume healthcare programs with operational consistency directly transfers to the Novo LTC model.

Platform extensibility

The Part B DME/supply foundation is designed as a gateway to a broader ecosystem of ancillary services. Once a facility is on the platform, adding wound care programs, podiatry, diagnostics, and additional offerings requires minimal incremental effort. This creates a powerful land-and-expand growth engine.

Asset-light, high-margin model

Novo LTC operates a pure management services model, coordinating compliance, fulfillment, and billing without carrying inventory. This capital-light structure allows Novo to invest in platform development and compliance infrastructure while keeping the management fee straightforward and FMV-grounded.

The resident experience

It all starts with getting care right.

The financial model only works when the clinical model is right. Novo LTC is designed to improve resident outcomes, reduce supply variability, and ensure every resident receives the right product at the right time.
